What to Expect at WBC
What are worship services like? In a word, worship at WBC is diverse! God has blessed us with many talented people, and we feel we should allow them all to use their gifts to praise His name. So on any given Sunday at 10:30, you might experience worship with our piano and pipe organ, full orchestra, jazz band, or our contemporary praise band, as well as our full choir, responsive readings, moments of public prayer, giving of offerings, and silent meditation. Our pastor, Jeff Berger, delivers a biblical message in each service as well. Our goal is to help you experience the presence of God in a transforming way.
Will I feel comfortable at Westbury? We hope so…our people are warm and genuine. There are always plenty of guests in our worship times, so you won’t be the only “new person.” And we promise not to put you on the spot in any way. You are our guest, so your presence alone is all we ask.
How can I get to know people? We offer small group Bible study for people of every age and station of life (including kids and teenagers). These groups meet at 9:00 on Sunday mornings. Click here to find out more about Bible Study Classes.
What if I have other questions? Feel free to email or call any member of our staff (click here for contact information). We’ll be glad to help you.
